WOODAAN Sunshine Frame
A cabinet shutter moulded as one seamless form. With no corners to crack, it keeps water out and holds its shape.
Most cabinet doors are four pieces of wood, glued and pinned at the corners. Every joint is a place for water to get in, for wood to swell, for paint to crack. The Sunshine Frame has no joints. Frame, step and panel are moulded together, so there is nothing to come apart.
The frame, the step and the panel come out of the mould as one solid part.
No corner joints, so nothing loosens, gaps or splits over the years.
It can sit in water without swelling or damage. Wipe it clean and it looks new.
Classic Step Design
A raised frame steps down to a flat centre panel, all in one continuous mirror-gloss surface.
The edge wraps round without a seam. There is no edge band to lift or peel.
Finished as carefully as the front, so open doors look as good as closed ones.
Water test
Kitchens get wet. Sinks splash, steam rises, floors get mopped. Jointed doors soak water in at the corners and swell. A single moulded piece gives water nowhere to go.
No raw edges or joints to wick moisture, so the door keeps its size and fit.
The finish doesn't blister, lift or peel after getting wet.
Made for the sink run, the bathroom vanity and humid coastal homes.
Jointed vs jointless
Every corner joint in a door is a point where it can fail. We removed all of them.

Close up

A real sample from the workshop, reflecting the screen in front of it.

One continuous surface from edge to edge, with no joint lines to break the shine.

The edge is part of the moulding, so there is no strip to lift.

The raised frame and recessed panel are formed in the mould, not glued on as beading.

Ruby, White, Sunshine and more, all moulded as one piece.
